Just across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville, East Nashville is the stomping ground of the city's creative class, drawn here by the eclectic vibe, cultural diversity, and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. In the early aughts, the neighborhood helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved spots like Margot Cafe & Bar and Joyland - a reputation it still holds today. Locals fill the dive bars, craft cocktail lounges, coffee shops, and vintage stores scattered throughout the area. A few of our favorites: Retrograde Coffee, East Nashville Beer Works, Redheaded Stranger, Shugga Hi Bakery & Cafe, and Pearl Diver.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. Before arrival, you'll receive a four-digit code to enter through our Schlage Encode smart lock. There's also an on-site lockbox as a backup in case of any smart lock issues, plus 24/7 customer support to make sure you're never locked out.

Level One – Arrival & Hangout The first floor features a one-car garage, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, and half bath set the tone for the trip - perfect for pregames, grocery runs, and late-night snacks. Each home's living room comes with a king-sized sleeper sofa and TV, giving overflow guests a comfortable place to crash. Level Two – Where the Crew Sleeps All three bedrooms live on the second floor, so the whole group rests on the same level - no one trekking between floors at 3 AM. The primary suite is the room everyone fights over: king-sized bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom. One guest bedroom sleeps four with two queen beds, built for friends sharing a room, and the other has a king - ideal for a couple wanting their own space. Every bedroom has its own TV, bathroom essentials are stocked, and the in-unit washer/dryer with Tide Pods provided makes it easy to refresh between nights out. Level Three – Lounge & Rooftop The top floor is the trip's main event. A wet bar lounge with TV and seating gives the group a space to regroup between adventures - and pulls double duty as flexible sleeping with a king-sized sleeper sofa, futon, and two twin beds for the overflow crew. Push open the sliding doors and you're on the rooftop: putting green, gas grill, gas firepit, ample seating, and the kind of skyline views that end up in every group photo. Nashville is an Uber and Lyft-friendly city. We don't recommend public transit and suggest guests either bring their own vehicle or rely on ride-shares. Generally, you're 10 minutes from everywhere in Nashville. As with any city, we encourage guests to lock their vehicles and take standard safety precautions regardless of where they are.
