Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. We also enhance property security with a Ring doorbell.
Good to know
LEVEL ONE The first floor features a guest bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. LEVEL TWO The second floor features a kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. There is no formal dining area, but the kitchen offers a breakfast bar for casual meals. LEVEL THREE The third level features two bedrooms each featuring two full beds (4 full beds total). Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is laundry room on this floor. PARKING The attached garage can accommodate two vehicles. We do not provide a garage door opener or shovel snow.
